DEVELOPER OVERVIEW
Bloom Holding is an Abu Dhabi master developer and part of National Holding. Since its establishment in 2007, it has grown into a group spanning real estate through Bloom Properties, as well as education, hospitality, facilities management and landscaping.
In its own words, Bloom is committed to curating premium communities that provide a high standard of living. Its residential portfolio runs from gated villa communities on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche and in Zayed City to apartment developments on Saadiyat Island, in Al Bateen and in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle.
The group also owns hotels operated by international brands, including The Abu Dhabi EDITION, Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi and Bloom Arjaan by Rotana on Saadiyat Island. Through Bloom Education, it operates schools including the three Brighton College campuses in the UAE.
Bloom states that it has a proven track record of on-time delivery. Its published milestones include Aldhay, the fifth phase of Bloom Gardens, completed six months ahead of its scheduled handover date, and Cordoba, the first phase of Bloom Living, handed over ahead of schedule after selling out within four hours of its March 2022 release. Handover of Toledo, the second phase, began in July 2026.
Bloom Living has won Arabian Property Awards, including Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Residential Development in Abu Dhabi, and Bloom Marina holds a 2 Pearl Estidama rating. Even so, we assess each release on its own specification, payment plan and handover date rather than on reputation alone.
In September 2026, Bloom launched Alhambra as the final release of Bloom Living. According to Bloom, residents already live in Cordoba and Toledo, and the remaining phases are on track for delivery as scheduled.
Because each phase launches and completes at a different time, prices and handover dates vary across the community. We give a cautious, phase-specific assessment using registered Abu Dhabi data and avoid any unsourced yield claims.
Bloom states that Bloom Living is designated an investment zone, so buyers of all nationalities can purchase residential units there. For off-plan purchases, Abu Dhabi’s Law No. (3) of 2015 and its escrow regulation require buyer payments to be held in an ADREC-approved project account. Bloom publishes the project number for Bloom Living (2022/122218) on its website, and we recommend confirming registration details before any reservation.
